Community Action Path

  • Undertaking education, training and awareness-building activities on human rights in general, water issues in general and the right to water.
  • Researching and advocating community water management systems that are sustainable and cost-effective, such as rainwater harvesting. This includes the gathering of information on traditional, indigenous methods of water management.
  • Building capacity for development and for advocacy on the right to water.
  • Establishing suitable fora for community dialogue and information exchange, such as public meetings, community events and festivals.
